”I do not go into direct sunlight without a hat, I wear cream that has sunscreen. I drink over 8 glasses of water a day. I take cod liver oil, omega 3, B12 and magnesium/calcium vitamins. I stay away from smoking and dehydrating drinks as much as I can. I also drink plenty of green tea. Every week I do a mosturizing face mask. In addition to the inner goodness, I excercise when I can and when I can't I walk home after work (just over 5 km). Sleeping well also helps.”

”I use a medicated make-up remover at night to remove my make-up after which I use a sensitive essential foaming cleaner to clean any remaining dirt or make-up, following up with a day lotion moisturizer.
